Nazi Holocaust
Nazi Germany was the first country to have biopolicy. It began with acceptance of euthanasia for those who freely consented. Then euthanasia was extended to those persons that the government believed had “lives not worth living.” The people gassed were first the mentally ill, then the physically ill, and then the social nonconformists.
Finally it was decided that only Aryans had lives worth living. So what began as euthanasia ended with a plan to exterminate all non-Aryan people of the world.
